How It All Started
Joe Napoli, the company founder, has always had a green thumb. He converted a large portion of his parent’s yard into an amazing vegetable garden back in grade school.
Then after high school, he started working at the local steel mill. There he was able to produce more by himself than an entire crew. This didn’t go over well and he was essentially forced out for making everyone look bad.
From there he gravitated back towards his passion and realized there was a need for cutting lawns. With the excitement of working for himself, he bought his first lawnmower and has never looked back.
Trailblazing
Things progressed from just cutting lawns to designing flower beds to all the little touches that really make a property look amazing. Joe is always striving for the best and isn’t afraid to try new things to get there.
No problem is too big to overcome nor too small to give attention to. He seems to be built for this job with his creative mind and physical energy.
These distinguishing qualities have caused Joe’s company to stand out in the local area. We don’t even need to advertise and competitors seem to follow our lead. Our company was the first to use covered trailers, dump trucks, edgers, and broadcasters.
Joe also regularly rigs up items to meet needs. One of the most notable was the riding platform that hooks onto the back of a walk-behind mower. This was invented to help Joe mow when he broke his ankle during a diving-board mishap. Someone else copied the idea leaving us without credit.

If you aren’t local, we still want to provide our expert knowledge so that you too can create an amazing yard that’s going to be the envy of your friends and neighbors.
VISION
There’s no possible way that our small-family run company can physically help everyone achieve the yard of their dreams. And all this talent and vision seems like a waste if we can’t spread it to people outside our local area.
That’s why the second generation of this company has decided to cultivate our expertise and bring it to you online. This way everyone has the knowledge at their fingertips to put into practice themselves.
In the near future, we are working to create a Napoli tool line and hope to write a full length book at some point. We’d also like to give back to our community and plant more trees.

Joe Napoli
Founder
He’s the man with the creative vision and someone who lives to work. However, on a rainy day you might find (or hear) him at the movie theater getting shushed for talking during a film. He also loves whacking balls around on pinball machines and spectating at wrestling tournaments.
Carmela Napoli
Daughter
There isn’t much this girl doesn’t do. She’s quirky, energetic, and ambitious, helping Joe’s business grow online as well as hatching up ideas for expansion and improvements. You might see her out playing in dirt right along with her dad, building something, or roller skating.
Tim DeBrine
Chemical Applicator
It’s hard to tell where Tim’s hand ends and his vape pen begins. Interestingly enough, he always wanted to own his own landscaping business, so now he works for Joe. He loves everything that has to do with bread, seltzer water, and climbing mountains.
